Jericho The Brand Return Policy

At Jericho The Brand, we strive for customer satisfaction and take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. However, due to the unique and limited nature of our products, we maintain a strict no refund policy. In the event that you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we're pleased to offer exchanges or store credit within 10 days of the original purchase date, subject to the following conditions: 

Returns and Exchanges:

Conditions for Return or Exchange:

  • Items must be in their original, unused, and unworn condition.
  • The product packaging must remain unopened, and all tags must be attached.
  • Returns or exchanges will only be processed if the items meet the above conditions.

Exceptions:

  • Please note that certain items, such as personalized or customized products, may not be eligible for return or exchange unless deemed defective or damaged upon receipt.

Refund Process:

  • Upon receiving the returned item(s) and confirming they meet our return policy criteria, we will proceed with either an exchange for a different item, or store credit as per your preference.
